This week the VLBA department hosted the 1st HEdIS workshop at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Starting with a pre-workshop on Monday, discussing topics such as establishing stakeholder needs, module participant profiles, defining the various definitions for sustainability, determining stakeholder roles, and defining the projects learning platform. Moreover, the steering committee chose the general theme for the 1st summer school during November at NMU entitled “Innovative Development on IoT” focusing the empowerment of smart citizens.
