On November 22nd, 2017 the 1st HEdIS Summer School started with a Welcome Event at the Summerstrand Hotel in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. All participants of our first HEdIS Summer School “Innovative IoT for Sustainable Citizen” are supposed to participate in the virtual pre-module. Each confirmed participant got an invite to the Summer School platform, on which the participants of the Summer School find preparing ressources and pre-module assignments,  and are supposed to work through the four themes the Internet of Things, Water, Mobility and Energy.
